Regaining your Confidence

Balancing family, work, and personal time often means that moms put their needs last. CrossFit offers a transformative experience that can help moms regain their confidence by building physical strength and mental resilience amongst a community of supportive parents.

1-month transformation

If you consistently attend group classes for a month, you WILL be stronger after 1 month. You will have an easier time picking up your kids, carrying groceries, and performing tasks around the house. The increased strength and ability to lift heavier weights is exciting for first-time CrossFitters. This excitement usually carries over to increased motivation and dedication to your fitness.

3-month transformation

After 3 months of CrossFit, you can see results in the mirror. We set a goal of 50 workouts in the first 90 days for our new members. Regular CrossFit workouts can lead to significant changes in body composition, such as increased muscle tone and decreased body fat. Feeling stronger and seeing positive changes in their bodies can greatly boost a mom’s self-esteem.

We will measure your body fat and muscle mass every 90 days to ensure that you are seeing results.
