February Member of the Month: Lucia Miano

For February, we’re thrilled to highlight Lucia Miano as our Member of the Month! Lucia has been a shining example of what it means to be consistent in your fitness journey.

Her energy, work ethic, and positive attitude make her a joy to have in class, and her results speak for themselves.

Lucia’s Three Big Accomplishments

1. Body Composition Improvements – Gained Muscle & Lost Body Fat

Lucia’s commitment to her training paid off in a big way.

Over the past few months, she has increased her lean muscle mass while simultaneously losing body fat.

This is typically achieved by being consistent with your training while focusing on a diet of meat and vegetables and minimizing starchy carbohydrates.

Regular strength training and persistent accountability from her coaches and community ensured that she showed up for her workouts- even on the days when she didn’t want to show up.

2. Referred Two Friends and Helped Grow Our Community

When our members get great results, they naturally want to share their experience with their friends and family.

Lucia referred two friends to Showdown Training Club, helping them take the first step in improving their health and fitness.

Referrals not only help grow our gym community, but they’re also an incredible way to positively impact the lives of those close to you.

One of the biggest factors to Lucia’s success is her consistency.

She’s part of our Committed Club, meaning worked out more than 12x (an average of 3 workouts per week).

On top of her consistency, Lucia brings a smile and a great attitude to every class. She lifts others up, supports her fellow members, and makes every session more enjoyable for those around her.
