When you show up to a CrossFit class with us, our coaches will keep you accountable for the hour that you’re with us. It is our duty to provide you with a fun, encouraging, and motivating workout experience every single time you show up at our gym.
We want you to be here!
Our community is tight-knit and we are all here to support you through your fitness and health journey. Whether it’s CrossFit, personal training, nutrition, or a combination, we are here to serve you! If you’re not sure where to go, let us guide you.
No one can force you to go to the gym. You have to have the discipline to make time for fitness. It’s easier to just go home at the end of the work day or sleep in late and skip the gym. There won’t ever be a “perfect” time to work out. Life is hectic! You don’t have to look very hard to find an excuse to skip the gym…
Here are some common excuses
“I’m tired so I’m going to go back to sleep.”
“It’s raining, so I’ll stay home.”
“This workout looks hard so I’ll skip it.”
As long as you show up, we will take care of you and provide you with the best workout experience possible.
Make time for the gym and make it into a routine. If you have to be at work at 9:00 AM and you don’t like to work out in the evening, then dedicate an hour of fitness at 7:00 AM.
If you prefer to work out in the evening, then make it a habit!
Reserve your space early (Up to 24 hours in advance) on Wodify so it becomes part of your everyday routine.
Breaking Down The Day
If you attend our group CrossFit classes, we can only keep you accountable for the one hour that you are here. If you would like to take your training further, we can provide you with personal training and accountability to meet your goals. Let’s breakdown the rest of the day to determine how to optimize your health + happiness:
Work – 8 hours per day
Most people have to go to work so let’s assume that you will spend 8 hours working Monday through Friday.
Sleep – 8 hours per day
If you’re training consistently, you must get an adequate amount of sleep every night to ensure proper recovery. Your goal is to sleep 7-9 hours per day.
The other 8 hours… It’s up to you
With the other 8 hours in the day, that’s up to you to decide how you want to spend it.
Use this time to exercise for 1-2 hours per day, cook + eat healthy meals, connect with friends and family, and pursue a hobby
We hope this helps get you on track with your daily accountability. Fitness shouldn’t be an afterthought… it’s an essential part of living a healthy lifestyle.
