Workout 1: 100 Cal Row

Workout 2: 100 Synchronized Sit-Ups

Workout 3: 100 Cal Bike Erg

After each “workout”, move your pumpkins to the next marker. Move through each workout and continue moving your pumkins until you’ve completed your final workout.

Switch on the row and bike as needed (1 working, 2 resting). Perform sit-ups together
