Back Squat (Spend 15 minutes and work up to a heavy double.)
Start each set with a 100′ Walking Lunge
Although there may be a lot of reps, the only movement that should really slow you down are the pull-ups. Luckily, once you get through them, you’ll have a lot of time to recover before your next set. Try to go for big, unbroken sets on the first few rounds. You should still feel a little fresh by the time you get back.
